Shipping & Delivery Policy – Fast & Secure Shipping

 SHIPPING POLICY

Sri Aadharv Enterprises ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products will be shipped through courier partners and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Sri Aadharv Enterprises is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Sri Aadharv Enterprises continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, Sri Aadharv Enterprises reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your package on our courier partner’s website.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@sriaadharv.com .
  • If the package is lost or damaged, notify us within [2] days of the expected delivery date.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery

  • Ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing the order.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
  • Orders not accepted on delivery will not be refunded.

No Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or Digital Wallets.

 

3. Return & Refund Policy

Refund

Product must be returned to us within 1 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.

Refund

Once the Product is received to the company successfully, Sri Aadharv Enterprises will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.

Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company

Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the Payment has been made.

How to Initiate a Return for a Damaged Item

  1. Email us at contact@sriaadharv.com  with your order details and proof of damage (unboxing video).
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm if the return is eligible.
  3. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process a refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within [7 - 15] business days to the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines depend on the bank or payment provider.
